Example programs
What a program can look like
These are examples, not fixed packages. Every program is designed around your team: the goals, the level, the schedule and the length can all change.
Present with impact
Who it’s for: managers and specialists with an important talk, pitch or town hall coming up.
The goal: Build a clear message, rehearse on your real slides, and handle questions with calm.
Example format: 1:1 coaching · 4–8 sessions
Speak up in meetings
Who it’s for: team members who know their topic but stay quiet in meetings and calls, in English or Italian.
The goal: Share ideas, disagree politely and run short updates with confidence.
Example format: Small group · 8–12 weeks
Italian for teams working with Italy
Who it’s for: teams with Italian clients, suppliers or colleagues, from complete beginners up.
The goal: Calls, emails and small talk in Italian, step by step, with your industry vocabulary.
Example format: Groups by level · 3–6 months
Working with Italians
Who it’s for: teams starting a project, a partnership or a relocation with Italy.
The goal: How Italians build trust, run meetings, negotiate and say “no”, so fewer things get lost in translation.
Example format: One session or a short series
- Needs analysis. A call with HR or the team lead to agree on goals, people and deadlines.
- Starting level check. A quick test or conversation for every participant, so groups fit.
- Tailored materials. Built on your industry, your real situations and, if you like, your own documents.
- Flexible schedule. Live online sessions planned around your time zones and workload.
- Progress reports. Attendance and progress updates for HR during and at the end of the program.
- Certificate of completion. For each participant who completes the program.
