What are cookies?
Cookies are small files that a website saves in your browser. Some are needed for the site to work. Others are optional, and I only use them if you say yes.
Your choice
When you first visit, a banner asks for your choice. “Accept” and “Reject” are equally easy. You can change your mind at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
Cookies on this website
| Type | What they do | Need your consent? |
|---|---|---|
| Necessary | Remember your cookie choice (stored in your browser), keep forms working and protected from spam | No, the site can’t work without them |
| Preferences | Remember that you closed the newsletter box, so it doesn’t keep coming back, and save your exercise progress when you press “Save my progress” (both stored only in your browser) | Yes |
| Videos | Load YouTube videos inside the page. YouTube may then set its own cookies | Yes (or clicking play on a single video) |
I don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
